HI CORDIE-

Beautiful post - and yes, We all must remain diligent to keep the dream alive of equality for all. I grew up in the 60's as a white girl in the suburbs. There was a divide then - and as far as we have come in equality there still is a divide. It is a very systems/government driven divide - whole populations of people are dismissed and or disregarded wether it be the elderly, the disabled, those with mental health issues, and so on......and it is called "EUGENICS" - and has been going on forever - black and Latino people were targeted by drugs being "put" in the inner cities by our government during the Hoover era and then the males were arrested and put in prison so they could not procreate and the women were unnecessarily sterilized. It is way bigger than what I am writing but it still goes on today. Look at "Welfare to work", where are all those struggling families - gone.!! And so the dream still needs to be fully realized and fought for.

Love Gail
peace.....

I believe that dreams never die. If we don't live our dream, fate will bring us back to a new moment to try to step into it once again. Dreams are like seeds. Some are dormant and on the shelf, as you say, some are in the fertilized ground, and some are germinating and taking root. Dream well and make them come true by taking them fully into your heart.
